We were extremely fortunate to source fruit from this renowned vineyard for our first vintage of Trousseau Gris in 2023. Trousseau Gris is a captivating light-skinned white wine grape with medium-sized berries that originated in eastern France. This delightful white grape is a mutation of the red Trousseau grape and is also known as Gray Riesling.

This aromatic wine displays flavors of bitter orange, various citrus fruits, white nectarine, and refreshing melon. Its lively acidity, combined with subtle minerality, creates a perfectly balanced wine that enhances any dining experience.
