It makes for the perfect pairing with pizza, pasta, or grilled meats. The aromas and flavors are reminiscent of Cherry cobbler, baking spice, plum compote and molasses cookies. The tannins are soft and have integrated and leveled into a juicy and accessible finish, while remaining firm in structure.
