We have long admired Sauvignon Blanc's potential to make some of hte best white wines in the world. We believe its maximum potential is unlocked with extended lees contact during at least a year of aging in barrel. The rewards of this traditional and now-uncommon style are well worth the patience it demands.
2022 Verdelho

Pronounced "Ver-del-ho". It is a wine that originates from Portugal, where it is commonly used in the great Madeira fortified wines. It has also been popular in Australia as a dry, white wine for many years. Our version is the latter, a dry white wine. It is a fun, fruity wine characterized by aromas of tropical fruits and lime, but balanced with great acidity. This wine will pair beautifully with a patio, a beach, or anything summery.
We're always looking to explore unusual varieties such as Vedelho, a white grape historically used to make blended, tradutional sweet wines. This wine,however is crisp, dry, and incredibly tropical; and it makes us wonder what took us so long to find it.
