Sauvignon Blanc has long been celebrated for its ability to create exceptional white wines. We find that its true potential shines through when it undergoes extended contact with the lees and is aged in the barrel for a minimum of a year. This traditional method, though becoming less common, offers rewards that truly justify the patience it demands.
2022 Verdelho

Pronounced "Ver-del-ho". It is a wine that originates from Portugal, where it is commonly used in the great Madeira fortified wines. It has also been popular in Australia as a dry, white wine for many years. Our version is the latter, a dry white wine. It is a fun, fruity wine characterized by aromas of tropical fruits and lime, but balanced with great acidity. This wine will pair beautifully with a patio, a beach, or anything summery.
We're always looking to explore unusual varieties such as Vedelho, a white grape historically used to make blended, tradutional sweet wines. This wine,however is crisp, dry, and incredibly tropical; and it makes us wonder what took us so long to find it.
